• Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.

  • Return Authorization: You must contact us prior to sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Custom Products: Due to the nature of our custom items, all custom or special orders (e.g., Custom DTFs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, it must first be reported to the carrier before notifying us. Damage claims will be reviewed based on the carrier’s inspection report.

  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you will not be responsible for additional shipping costs. We may issue a prepaid shipping label for the return. A replacement or refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund or exchange to be processed.
