For custom orders (such as DTF prints), you are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before confirming your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
Once your order ships, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Custom-made products (e.g., personalized DTF prints) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
We may offer a limited satisfaction guarantee on eligible products, typically within 7 days of delivery. Specific terms and limitations will be provided on the product page or at checkout.
Certain items may also carry a limited warranty, usually for 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
