Q: How do I place an order? 

Ans: To place an order with us, call our customer support team 168-241-0008 a call. They will be able to answer any questions you might have about the different ways that are available for placing orders: phone calls and e-mail messages via web browser or faxes. 

Q: How do I pay for my order? 

Ans: If you would like to purchase our products with a credit card, please call or email us for information about payment procedures. All prices on this site include discounts that are available only when paying in cash; however, we accept all major cards as well. 

Q: Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order? 

Ans: To ensure that your print job is tailored specifically to meet all our clients' needs, we submit an artwork approval request before production begins on any orders. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order? Are rush orders accepted? 

Ans: We offer many different services to fit your needs. If you have a specific date that's important, let us know and one of our sales representatives will be happy assist.   

Q: Will I receive confirmation after I place my order? 

Ans: Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation if you place your order by fax or online. Be sure to sign and return that with the appropriate deposit as soon as we process it so we can ship it out ASAP. 

Q: Will I be notified after my order has shipped? 

Ans: We'll call and let you know when your order ships. You can also check the tracking number later online if it's not already provided in one of our emails. 

Q: What kind of artwork files do you accept? 

Ans: We welcome all types of artworks. The ideal formats are: .cdr (Corel Draw), .ai (Adobe Illustrator) wmf,pdf, jpeg, Microsoft Word, Power points and many others. 

Q: How do I get my artwork to you? 

Ans: We're always looking for new art! You can email us or place your artwork on a secure FTP site, and we will download it. You can also fax us at 168-241-0008. 

Q: My artwork needs some "touch-up." Is there a charge for that? 

Ans: We know that you're probably wondering how much it will cost to fix up your logo or design, and we've got the answer! No matter what level of "touch-up" is needed - from minor touchups all the way through more extensive work like changing colors on an entire page, if necessary, we can give estimates with pricing so there are no surprises when project time comes around. 

Q: I have several designs; do they all add up as 1 order? 

Ans: We never combine orders. Each design requires its own screen and press setup, so no matter how many you place with us we can't offer combined discounts or agendas, but don’t worry! There are plenty of other ways for your business to save money like buying in bulk (and still get great quality. 

Q: Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X, etc. size shirts? 

Ans: We offer 6X on some of the garments that we offer, but not all colors are available in these size shirts. Call or email for availability.  

Q: Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?

Ans: The durability of the t-shirt is due in part to its direct printing onto them. The plastisol ink used for screen printed shirts means they will last longer when it comes time to wash your new acquisition, so you can wear that photo or digitized image with pride knowing how well these garments hold up.
