Terms & Condition:

Some American HTV Craft prize credits or coupons require a minimum purchase. Orders cannot be placed on hold by the customer. Redeem the coupon with your Account Manager or at checkout in American HTV Crafts’s online shopping cart. Shipping costs are not included. Free shipping for orders totaling $200 after the coupon is applied. Coupons cannot be combined with any promotions, discounts, or coupons and have no cash value. Coupons are also excluded from Sawgrass products and Print Service Orders.

American HTV Craft Brand Supplies Guarantee:

American HTV Craft guarantees that using the American HTV Craft brand of supplies and consumables will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or excessive wear to your printer or copier. If a service representative informs you that using the American HTV Craft brand of supplies or consumables caused damage to your printer, please take the following steps to help us address the problem:

  1. Ask your service representative to provide a written, signed, and dated statement on the service companies’ letterhead identifying the damage and specifying exactly how using the American HTV Craft brand of supplies or consumables directly resulted in that damage.
  2. Before authorizing a repair, forward the statement to American HTV Craft along with the following:
    a) Written estimate of the cost to repair the damage caused by using the American HTV Craft brand of supplies or consumables.
    b) Receipt or invoice showing purchase of American HTV Craft supplies or consumables.
    c) Report such damage to American HTV Craft within ten (10) days.

After verification, American HTV Craft will either agree to pay reasonable service or repair charges or authorize the printer's shipment to a repair facility of American HTV Craft's choice for repair at no cost. This warranty does not apply to any defect, failure, or damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use of American HTV Craft brand supplies or consumables. The maximum liability of this guarantee is limited to the actual cost of a repair if any should become necessary. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE INSTEAD OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

In addition, Condés' brand of supplies and consumables are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction, or they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. If you have any problem with a product purchased from American HTV Craft but is not a Condé-brand product, that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer.
